On July 23, with the honking of several freight trucks, the first batch of 208 tons of eco-friendly plant fiber cat litter from YUTO’s Haikou industrial base began its delivery journey. The YUTOECO PET division, faced with orders for various scents, categories, and functionalities of cat litter, saw all production lines bustling with activity. They diligently inspected, rushed deliveries, and made a concerted effort to meet the target tasks of a high-end European and American brand, pushing forward with determination and hard work.
The products delivered this time are innovative plant fiber eco-friendly cat litter developed by the YUTOECO R&D Institute. To ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers in Europe and America, the YUTOECO PET division meticulously organized, allocated personnel, and planned reasonably to ensure a smooth production process.
Maximizing the production capacity of the cat litter machinery, they braved high temperatures, maintained quality, and met deadlines. Under their soaked work clothes was their relentless and efficient work. In a short period, they successfully completed the first batch of delivered products through a series of tasks including raw material procurement, production testing, packaging design and processing, and factory inspection.
The plant fiber cat litter uses innovative raw materials such as bamboo fiber and bagasse fiber. It boasts multiple advantages such as being lightweight and durable, ultra-low dust, quick clumping, strong deodorization, and eco-friendly. The YUTOECO PET division provides one-stop ODM services from packaging design to product fragrance and particle customization.
